EDF Trading appoints Head of Power and Gas Flow Trading, Europe

EDF Trading, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EDF S.A., is pleased to announce the appointment of Carsten Sterz as its Head of Power and Gas Flow Trading, Europe.  This is a new position which is based in London.  Sterz joined EDF Trading on 1st December and reports to Marcello Romano, Head of Trading, Europe.  Sterz will be responsible for all power and gas flow activities and expanding EDF Trading’s customer base.

Sterz has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector structuring deals and developing trading strategies across the natural gas, power, oil, CO2, and FX markets.
