Join our two year Graduate Programme for a unique opportunity to rotate across commercial teams including Trading Desks, Pricing, Risk and Operations.
Each rotation will provide you with an opportunity to work alongside specialist traders and analysts, enabling you to build a solid foundation in the energy commodity markets.

Learning & Development
Alongside practical on-the-job training, we will provide a comprehensive learning and development plan to support your progress over the two-year programme.
Our structured curriculum will improve your personal and technical skills. Additionally, you will be assigned a business buddy and an executive mentor to offer support and guidance throughout the two-year programme.
Your next step on the ladder
Upon successful completion of the programme it is expected that you will be offered a permanent position in one of the departments you undertook a rotation in.
You will be expected to put into practice the skills learned and developed on the programme in order to make a positive contribution to EDF Trading.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for bright graduates who are motivated to succeed in a fast-paced trading environment. You will be commercially astute, have strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in learning about energy commodities and the financial markets.
Join us and you will be encouraged to critically assess processes, test your ideas in a rapidly evolving market and have responsibility for real business projects.
Minimum 2:1 in an analytical/numerical subject (Maths, Engineering, Science, Finance)
At least six months' work experience in a relevant industry
A resilient, hardworking and proactive attitude
