Our Graduate Trading Programme will offer you four rotations over a two year period. Two will be in trading and two in either Pricing, Risk or Operations.
During your rotations in trading you will work with some of the best traders in the market and be able to make a real contribution to EDF Trading's Performance.
Learning & Development
Alongside practical on-the-job training, we will proide a comprehensive learning and development plan to support your progress over the two year programme.
Our structured curriculum will look to improve personal and technical skills. Additionally you will be assigned a buddy and a mentor to offer support and guidance throughout the two year programme.
Your next step on the ladder
Upon successful completion of the programme it is expected that you will become a permentant memeber of the team in one of the deparments in which you undertook a rotation.
You will be expected to put in to practice the skills learned and developed on the programme in order to make a positive contribution to EDF Trading.
What we look for
We are looking for people who are motivated to succeed in a fast-paced trading environment. You will possess strong analytical skills and a keen interest in commodities and the financial markets, demonstrated by a degree in a relevant subject.
Minimum 2:1 in an analytical/numerical subject
At leave 6 months' work experience in a relevant industry
